How Respawn Cafe handles the information you share with us.

When you book a gaming session or place a food order, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, and — for food orders — your location inside the cafe and any note you add. For bookings paid by bKash, we also store the phone number the payment was sent from so we can match your payment. If you create an optional account, we store your name, phone number, and (if given) email address.

What we do NOT collect or store

We never ask for or store your bKash PIN, OTP, password, or any payment credentials. Payment verification is done manually by our staff using only the sender number and amount you provide. Please never share your bKash PIN or OTP with anyone.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to process and confirm your booking or order, to contact you about it if needed, and to keep basic records for our own operations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Payment information

bKash payments are processed through bKash. We only record the sender number and amount for manual verification. We are not responsible for bKash's own handling of your data.

Data retention

We keep booking and order records for as long as needed for our operations and record-keeping. If you would like your account or personal information removed, please contact us.
