Please read these terms before booking a session or placing an order.

Bookings & payment

Bookings require payment and manual verification before they are confirmed. When you submit a booking, your slot is held temporarily while we verify your payment. If payment is not verified within the hold window, the booking may expire and the slot is released for others.

Availability

All bookings are subject to confirmation. Availability shown online reflects current holds, but a slot is only guaranteed once your booking is confirmed by our team. In rare cases where a slot becomes unavailable, we will contact you.

No cancellation & no refund

Once payment has been made, bookings cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable. Please double-check your date, time, and station before submitting payment.

Pending bookings may expire

A pending booking that is not paid and verified within the hold window will automatically expire, and the time slot will be made available to other customers again.

Payment method

Gaming bookings are paid via bKash to the number shown during checkout. You enter the number your payment was sent from so our team can verify it. Never share your bKash PIN or OTP with anyone, including our staff — we never ask for it.

Food orders

Food orders can be placed by anyone in the cafe. Prices are shown per item. Payment options are shown at checkout. Order status is updated by our kitchen as your order is prepared and served.

Conduct

We ask all guests to treat our equipment, staff, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session for misuse or damage to equipment.
